#36 - Challenge Week 2 – Move together

Lily sips her wine, eyeing her sister on the couch. “Come on, Lisa, the challenge will be fun! Yoga is good for your body. What’s stopping you?

Lisa raises an eyebrow. “What’s stopping me? For starters, I can’t even touch my toes.” Lily laughs. “Me neither! That’s why we need yoga. Flexibility takes time.”

“Time?”, Lisa smirks. “Like when you fell during downward dog because Charlie thought it was playtime?”

“That was one time!” Lily protests, blushing. “And I’m way more balanced now.”

“Sure, you are,” Lisa says. “I’ll cheer from the couch, maybe with snacks. But me? A pretzel? No thanks.”

“Fine,” Lily huffs. “But, don’t say I didn’t invite you!”

Lisa grins. “Deal. Just don’t fall over again—I’ll be too busy laughing to help.”

From the kitchen, Lily’s daughter Ella chimes in, “I’m in for some yoga!” Lisa stops laughing …
