Can I return my purchase?
Since your printable, playbook, or challenge is a digital file, it can’t be “returned” — it’s yours to keep forever on your device.
What if there’s a problem with my file?
No worries! Just email me at kristien@what-a-story.com and I’ll fix it as quickly as possible.
Do you ship the products?

Who is Lily?
Lily isn’t exactly me — I’m Kristien, the owner of What‑a‑Story — but she’s definitely a version of me. She’s my playful, adventurous alter ego: the woman who looks at her to-do list and thinks, there has to be more than this.
Her stories aren’t 100% real, but they’re emotionally true. Lily dreams bigger, laughs louder, and finds magic in the everyday — just like we all secretly do, right?!
