
#39 - Challenge Week 2 – Make it a daily habit

Pooh! Lily is considering joining a fitness club—somewhere with structure, where skipping isn’t an option. Today, she’s once again doubting yoga. She already postponed it twice this morning. “But then the fitness club’s a 10-minute drive,” she sighs.
Charlie, her dog, wags his tail. “You’re right,” she says, “Yoga here with you is fine… but maybe I need some extra encouragement to make it a daily habit.” Charlie just keeps wagging.
Just then, Ella walks in. “Mom, are you starting? Can I join? Yoga’s fun, healthy, and quick. We could do it every day after school! What do you think?”
Lily grins. “Alright, not a bad idea. But only if you promise not to outstretch me.”
Ella winks. “No promises.”
Maybe yoga at home isn’t so bad after all. And with Ella, it’ll be more fun!
