January always does that thing. The confetti’s been vacuumed up. The cookies are gone. And suddenly there’s this awkward silence where I think: Okay. And now? Every year I tell myself: This is it. Fresh start. Each year, I set myself unreasonable challenges. So this year, I’m switching tactics. Ten weeks. Small, playful challenges. Some weeks will feel easy. Others a bit chaotic. Totally fine. Life has never once followed a neat planner anyway. This isn’t about fixing myself. It’s about making space. For energy. For curiosity. So, I’m getting started. Some days motivated. Some days dramatically sighing. Still showing up. Ten weeks won’t change my entire life. But it might change my mood. My rhythm. Enough to feel like me again. So… in for a challenge to get yourself together again? Download the 10-weeks-challenge here and let's do this. Go go tiger! Greetz, Lily
